You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from valuation through to completion, playing a key role in winning new business and maintaining the company’s excellent local reputation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Arranging and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for your clients
• Managing and progressing the sales pipeline
• Providing regular, professional feedback to vendors and buyers
• Building long-term relationships and generating repeat business
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity

👤 The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within residential estate agency sales
• A strong track record in winning instructions and negotiating deals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Solihull and surrounding property market
• Target-driven, self-motivated and well presented
• Full UK driving licence
