English Teacher

The Role * Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4. * Support students in developing literacy, analytical and communication skills. * Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. * Monitor student progress and implement effective intervention strategies where required. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes achievement. * Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community. The Ideal Candidate * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Has experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting. * Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. * Has strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature. * Is committed to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for students. * ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
