Up to £35,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission OTE £60,000 - £80,000

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to make your mark in construction recruitment? We're seeking a driven professional to join our thriving blue collar construction recruitment agency in Sutton Coldfield.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across the Midlands while building a reliable pool of skilled construction contractors and trades people. This is a 360-degree role where you'll handle both business development and candidate management, as well as getting out on site and meeting new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your days will be dynamic and varied, including:

• Developing new business relationships with construction firms across the region
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Sourcing and screening qualified construction contractors
• Maintaining strong relationships with temporary workers
• Ensuring compliance with construction industry regulations
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or industrial sectors
• A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience managing temporary workforces
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel across the territory
