HRIS Analyst
- Support the design, implementation and optimisation of HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday
- Gather, document and translate HR business requirements into clear system and process specifications
- Map and improve end‑to‑end HR processes (hire‑to‑retire, onboarding, employee lifecycle, case management)
- Support HR system change across platforms such as Workday, PeopleXD, Sympa, Cornerstone and onboarding tools
- Act as a bridge between HR teams and technical partners to assess and prioritise HR system change requests
- Support the transition and optimisation of HR Shared Services, including documentation, knowledge transfer and training
- Work closely with Finance and Payroll Business Analysts to support system integration and data accuracy
- Produce clear process documentation, playbooks and guidance to support adoption and consistency
