Engineering Administrator
Administrator – Engineering & Maintenance Support An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Administrator to support its Engineering and Maintenance teams within a fast-paced production environment. The Role This position will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance function, ensuring effective coordination of orders, records, and planned maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Raising and placing orders for maintenance requirements Chasing suppliers and monitoring order progress Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets using Excel Supporting Planned Maintenance (PM) administration Assisting the engineering and maintenance teams with general administration dutiesCandidate Requirements Previous administration experience ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong Excel and general IT skills Excellent organisation and communication abilities Able to prioritise workload and work independently High attention to detail and proactive approachWorking Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm or 8:00am–2:00pm
