Need a painter to resurface and seal floor in hallway
Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable tradesperson to paint a concrete hallway floor and apply a durable sealant. The existing surface is worn and a bit uneven, so I’d appreciate some light leveling or filling where needed. I’d prefer a low-odor, quick-drying floor paint suitable for high-traffic areas, with a matte or satin finish. Access is easy, and I can provide the materials if you have a preferred brand. I’m aiming for a neat, professional look that will last several years. Please include a rough estimate of time and cost, and any prep work you recommend (taping, masking, moving small furniture).
