Need help preparing balanced meals at home for weekly menu
I’m looking for a reliable caregiver to assist with meal preparation at my home in the UK. The ideal candidate will help plan a simple, healthy weekly menu, shop for ingredients within a budget, and prepare meals for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I prefer cooking that includes fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and easy-to-follow recipes. Experience with dietary needs (gluten-free) and meal prepping for the week is a plus. I’d like someone who can start with a 2-3 hour session, twice a week, and can adapt to my schedule. Must be punctual, respectful, and able to tidy the kitchen after cooking.
