Graduate Operations Assistant

What you'll be doing
• Supporting day-to-day operational processes to keep the business running smoothly
• Coordinating across internal teams to ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time
• Maintaining systems, trackers and databases with accurate, up-to-date information
• Assisting with scheduling, logistics and general administration
• Helping to identify and improve processes as the business grows
What we're looking for
• A recent graduate with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A confident communicator who works well across teams
• Comfortable with technology and picking up new systems quickly
• Ambitious and eager to develop — this is a role you can really grow into
