Responsibilities

• Manage the school’s recruitment cycles and the maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR).

• Ensure total compliance with safeguarding and data protection (GDPR) legislation.

• Support the Senior Leadership Team with HR administrative tasks and staff wellbeing initiatives.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration or compliance (school experience is highly desirable).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.

• Proficiency in school MIS and HR management software.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
