Need general floor renovation service for small room in UK
I'm looking for a skilled individual to assess and perform a small floor renovation project in a rented property in the UK. The room has a worn laminate floor that needs repair, sanding, and a fresh coating of sealant or varnish. I’d prefer someone with experience in DIY or professional floor refurbishments, able to provide a quick, clean finish with minimal dust. Please specify whether you can handle repairs, sanding, staining, and applying protective coating, and let me know about any equipment you bring or need me to arrange. I’m flexible on timing but would like the work completed within a couple of days. I’m aiming for a practical, durable result and a reasonable quote.
