Job Evaluator (Multiple Roles)
Analyse job roles, job descriptions, and organisational structures
Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across evaluations
Support HR and management teams with job evaluation outcomes
Contribute to wider workforce and organisational change initiatives Profile Must be a trained Job Evaluator
Proven experience conducting job evaluations within a Local Authority setting
Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and frameworks
Confident in analysing role profiles and organisational structures
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Job Offer Immediate start available following interview
