Qualified Teacher In Central Birmingham
You'll be working with students across KS3 and KS4 who may have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or communication and interaction difficulties. Your role will involve planning differentiated lessons, creating a nurturing and structured learning environment, and working closely with support staff and the SENCO to ensure each pupil receives tailored support. Strong behaviour‑management skills, patience, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students are essential. Teachers from both mainstream and specialist SEN settings are encouraged to apply. Requirements
