Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our team of technical advisory professionals in our Birmingham office. Our Birmingham team of professionals focuses on public sector clients, primarily in the Midlands region, but also nationally, and has a strong track record in the delivery of public sector projects through major frameworks.
We have a wealth of experience in supporting clients through all stages of infrastructure and built environment projects. Our clients include national and local Government departments, developers, investors, and infrastructure operators.
As part of our commitment to creating social outcomes we partner with our key clients to improve the performance of their estates. This includes working with them to modify buildings to minimise energy demand and support net zero carbon operation, in order to address the climate emergency.
To support our ongoing growth we are looking to recruit graduate technical advisors, to work in our Strategic Consultancy team in Birmingham.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll contribute to:
- Engaging with clients, end users, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders
- Project programming
- Feasibility Studies
- Financial planning and management
- Procurement
- Contract administration
- Site meetings
- Claims resolution
- Developing client relationships
- Working as part of a team of advisory consultants, and supporting other members of the team
Candidate Specification

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:
- Construction Project Management
- Construction Management
- Engineering Discipline
- Environmental Project Management
- Quantity Surveying (for buildings)

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
