Female PE Teacher
Welcoming Secondary School in Birmingham
Start Date: September 2026
Full-time/Permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Teacher to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Birmingham this September.
This is a school where relationships matter. Staff know their students well, behaviour is positive, and there is a real sense of community. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, encouragement, and creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive.
The PE department is active, inclusive, and committed to helping every student enjoy physical activity, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits. There is strong uptake in sport and plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond lessons.
The role will involve:
Teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4
Promoting participation, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards sport and fitness
Contributing to an engaging extracurricular programme (clubs, fixtures, events)
Supporting students’ wellbeing and personal development through PE
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about PE and encouraging all students to get involved
Builds strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues
Has high expectations and creates a supportive, inclusive environment
Is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular sport
In return, the school offers a welcoming atmosphere, supportive leadership, and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing and development.
How to Apply
