We are recruiting for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy fashion retail store in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge.

We are looking for a retail leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and support the team on the shop floor.

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
