A leading independent girls’ school in Birmingham is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Teacher of Geography to join its successful Humanities faculty from January 2026 .
The Role
You will teach Geography across KS3–KS5 , delivering a curriculum that balances physical and human geography with contemporary global issues. The department places strong emphasis on analytical thinking, extended writing and the use of real-world case studies. Geography is a popular subject at GCSE and A-Level, with students achieving consistently strong results.
Fieldwork and enrichment are well planned and meaningful, with local and national trips embedded into the curriculum rather than treated as add-ons.
