Territory Sales Manager - Midlands

A leading European supplier of workplace equipment and industrial supplies is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow site-level accounts across the Midlands . With over 600,000 products available, the business provides practical solutions that help organisations operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customer sites while identifying opportunities to increase spend, expand product range, and win new business within the territory. Success in this role comes from understanding customer operations, building strong relationships, and selling on value rather than price .
Requirements: B2B sales experience (ideally industrial or distribution), strong relationship building skills, value-based selling approach, CRM experience, and a full UK driving licence.
Package: Up to £45k basic + up to 30% bonus , company car, 26 days holiday + bank holidays , pension (6% employer), healthcare, and excellent career development.
