In-house Property Solicitor
The In house Property Solicitor will be:* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, residential and agricultural property
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters and leasehold arrangements * Drafting and negotiating licences, easements and related agreements * Assisting with legal matters involving utilities, telecoms and statutory undertakers * Ensuring legal risk is effectively managed across all property transactions * Supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure requirements * Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors- * Maintaining consistent legal standards and documentation
