The Role

Working within the Executive Homes department, you will be responsible for handling premium property stock and delivering an exceptional service to both vendors and buyers. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and negotiating the sale of high-value residential properties
• Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable homes
• Conducting viewings with a professional and consultative approach
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions where possible
• Supporting the wider team in driving market share and brand presence
• Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards at all times

About You

• Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator / Property Consultant within estate agency
• Well-presented, polished and highly personable
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with high-end clients
• Professional, organised and detail-focused
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
