Reception Teacher
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years teacher or a passionate primary teacher with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum to join a supportive and nurturing school environment. The role will involve full class teaching responsibility for a Reception class of 20 pupils.

The Role:
Full class teaching responsibility for a Reception class of 20 children
Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting childrens academic, social, and emotional development
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Delivering phonics and early learning activities
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Working collaboratively with support staff, parents, and the wider school team
Maintaining positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have previous EYFS teaching experience
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics delivery
Be nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic
Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be passionate about supporting young children in the early stages of learning
Be adaptable and able to build positive relationships quickly

Requirements to Work with Prospero Teaching:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Provide two professional references covering the last two years
