Need a versatile IT help with various tasks
I’m looking for a friendly IT assistant to help with a range of small tasks around the home office. Tasks include setting up a new laptop, installing software, organizing files, troubleshooting basic network issues, and cleaning up unnecessary programs. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and work efficiently without jargon. The project is flexible, but I’d like a one-time session to get everything in order, with options for follow-up support if needed. Basic familiarity with Windows or macOS, antivirus setup, and Wi‑Fi configuration is a plus. Please include your available hours and any rates for potential future visits.
