Interim Category Manager - Capex
- Develop and implement category strategies for capital expenditure procurement.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative suppliers.
- Lead tendering processes and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor procurement performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the procurement process.
