Pay rate: £95-£110 Per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time Do you enjoy supporting students with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential? GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN TA to work with schools in Birmingham , providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a Special education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) , you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop essential skills. Main Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with SEN.
* Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks.
* Support the teacher in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
* Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) where required.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to support student progress. Requirements of SEN TA: * Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and supportive approach.
* Ability to adapt to different learning needs and situations.
* A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
