Require home help to prepare daily meals for week
I’m looking for a reliable helper to assist with meal preparation at my home. The task includes planning simple, nutritious dinners for the week, chopping ingredients, light cooking, and batch-portioned meals. I’d prefer someone who can accommodate dietary preferences (balanced meals, low salt, some vegetarian options) and ensure all food safety rules are followed. The person should be punctual, respectful, and able to tidy the kitchen after cooking. Availability on weekdays in the late afternoon would be ideal, with about 4–5 hours per session. Please include any relevant experience with meal prep for older adults or families and any questions you might have about my routine.
