Real Estate (Regeneration) Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Leading National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team, specialising in public sector and regeneration work, based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team acting on a wide range of high-profile regeneration projects across the UK, including housing-led schemes, town centre redevelopment, infrastructure, and renewable energy developments. The Role You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice on complex regeneration matters, working closely with both public sector clients and developers. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of regeneration and development matters
- Advising on a broad mix of issues including planning, environmental, procurement, and public law considerations
- Supporting senior team members on complex, large-scale transactions
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
- Participating in tenders, networking events, and sector-focused activities
