Data Engineer
VIQU IT are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer required to support a large-scale systems transformation programme. The role focuses on building and optimising data pipelines, supporting migration activities, and delivering reliable datasets for reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines.
* Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
* Collaborate with architects, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Support testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
* Produce technical documentation and handover materials. Essential Skills * Proven experience in data engineering and large-scale data migration projects.
* Strong ETL/ELT and data integration expertise.
* Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
* Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.
