The Department and Facilities
The Humanities faculty is one of the school’s academic strengths, and Religious Education plays a central role in shaping students’ understanding of ethics, philosophy and global faith. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll also:
- Prepare and support GCSE and A-Level students through challenging, engaging content
- Contribute to departmental planning and resource development
- Lead or support enrichment activities such as conferences, themed assemblies and trips
- Take an active role in pastoral life, modelling the school’s values and inclusive ethos
About You
You’ll bring:
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification
- A strong academic background in Religious Studies, Philosophy or a related field
- A passion for debate, ethics and exploring worldviews
- A reflective, supportive and professional approach to teaching
- The ability to inspire curiosity, empathy and respect in your students
