This is a 3-year apprenticeship programme, combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in our Repairs & Maintenance team.

As a Multi-Trade Apprentice, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working alongside experienced operatives to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance in tenants' homes
  • Developing core expertise in Plumbing while building a broad range of property maintenance skills across multiple trades.
  • Learning to diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard, ensuring work is ‘right first time'
  • Engaging with tenants to deliver excellent customer service
  • Applying health and safety practices in all work activities

We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • A practical mindset and an interest in hands-on work
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A tenant-focused approach, taking pride in delivering a great service
  • A genuine interest in working in a trade role and building a long-term career
  • That you currently hold / or will achieve your GCSE's (or equivalent) and will / have achieved at least 4 GCSE's at Grade 9-3 (A*-D)
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or use of mobile devices)
  • Willingness to work towards a full UK manual driving licence
