Finance Manager
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Support the month-end close process, ensuring all journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations are accurately accounted for.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the accounting team and provide guidance where necessary.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes within the organisation.
- Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
