Are you a business development manager, with experience in selling audio systems to a range of venues, looking to join a well-established company that offers an excellent earning potential with uncapped commission?

In their approach, the company configure bespoke rigs so that the audience receive the best audible experience each time. The designs are tailored to the artist, and the venue, with the result being a performance that is translated to the crowd perfectly.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to generate their own leads and work to build the sales pipeline of the business. As the only salesperson, you will need to work with both new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. There will be an expectation to visit client sites, when necessary.

The Role:

• Drive new business to bolster the sales pipeline of the business
• Undertake account management and work to maintain existing customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Carry out your own research to generate leads to follow
• Keep informed on the market and any new products, to keep the business at the forefront of the industry
• Travel to client sites nationwide, when necessary, to represent the business and advise on project needs

• Experience in a business development manager role
• Experience in the AV Industry
