Teaching Assistant - Birmingham - January 2026

About the Role:
This full-time, permanent role will involve supporting KS3–KS4 pupils in the classroom, working closely with teachers to assist learning, manage behaviour and provide small-group or one-to-one interventions where necessary. You will help create an inclusive learning environment, assist with lesson preparation and contribute to the overall progress and wellbeing of students.

• Is passionate about supporting young learners
• Works collaboratively with teachers and SEND staff
• Is patient, proactive and highly dependable
• Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
