Help preparing balanced meals for a week
Hi, I’m looking for a friendly person to help me prepare nutritious meals for the week. I live in the UK and I’d like someone who can plan, cook, and portion meals for easy reheats. My kitchen is reasonably equipped, and I’m aiming for a variety of simple, healthy dishes that suit a busy schedule. If you have experience with meal prep for one person and can follow dietary preferences (low sugar, moderate carbs), please get in touch. I’d prefer a calm, tidy cook who cleans up after. Availability during weekday afternoons would be ideal.
