Seeking help to prepare regular meals at home in UK
I’m looking for someone to assist with meal preparation on a weekly basis. I’d like home-cooked, balanced meals tailored to my preferences (vegetarian options, low salt, and portion-controlled). The helper would plan a simple weekly menu, do grocery shopping if possible, prep ingredients, and cook several meals that can be easily reheated. Convenience is key, so clear labeling and storage guidance would be great. Experience with allergy considerations and food safety is important. Availability in the mornings would be ideal, and I’d prefer someone punctual, communicative, and respectful of my routines.
