SEND Teacher Moseley Weekly Pay | Flexible 1-5 days | Term Time Only | PAYE NOW Education is currently recruiting for a qualified SEND Teacher for a flexible position within a specialist all-through SEN school based in Moseley. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-established SEND provision supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs. The school provides a highly supportive and nurturing environment for pupils aged 3–19, focusing on personalised learning, communication development and life skills. Staff work collaboratively to ensure every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a patient and skilled teacher who has experience working within SEND settings and is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs available on a flexible basis. The Role As a supply SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with ASD and complex needs. You will create a calm, structured and engaging learning environment that supports communication, independence and emotional regulation. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
• Support pupils with ASD and complex needs through structured teaching approaches
• Implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
• Use positive behaviour strategies to support engagement and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and wider SEN staff
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status – QTS (essential)
• Experience working with pupils with ASD and complex needs (desirable)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work 1-5 days per week
• A calm, patient and adaptable teaching style
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them achieve independence
