Project Manager
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
* Effectively manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project progression.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
* Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
* Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular, detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
* Lead and motivate the project team, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
* Manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports. Qualifications * Proven working experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the construction or property development sector.
* A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Demonstrated leadership ability and strong problem-solving skills.
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be a significant advantage. Benefits * A competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
