Lettings Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are working on behalf of the UK's first 24 hour property sales and lettings business. They have revolutionised the way people sell and let their properties and are looking for a detail orientated Lettings Coordinator to join the team at their Birmingham Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer lettings cases efficiently from application to move in.
  • Follow company process, policy and procedure.
  • Ensure full legal compliance on all cases.
  • Delivering world-class customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants.
  • Developing a working relationship with field-based lettings team.
  • Ensuring high levels of communication at all times with all parties.
How will you do it?
  • Working methodically through case load based on priority order.
  • Ensuring all cases moving in within 7 days have a Gas Safety Cert on file or ordered.
  • Send all cases to compliance check with money received and agreement on file.
  • Work through the process chronologically with all steps completed at earliest opportunity.
  • Communicate with all Landlords and Tenants every 48 hours as a minimum.
Experience and Skills:
  • Property Management/Estate Agency/Lettings experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate world-class customer service.
  • IT Savvy.
  • ARLA qualification desirable but not essential.
