The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its specialist Drinks, Hospitality & Leisure (DHL) team. This role will see you advising leading operators across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotel groups and leisure brands on a broad range of property-led and sector-specific work. Matters will include acquisitions and disposals, portfolio re-gears, development projects and estate management, as well as supporting clients on wider commercial issues aligned to their operations.
What They’re Looking For
- At least 4 years’ PQE with solid experience in real estate transactions
- Familiarity with landlord and tenant matters, pre-let agreements and development work
- Commercial awareness of operator-specific considerations such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing (with internal support where required)
- Strong organisational and drafting skills with a client-driven approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a national team and develop strong client relationships
- Drive to progress your career and get involved in networking and business development activities
