Electrical Site Supervisor
Our client has been delivering trusted electrical contracting services for over 40 years. Based in the West Midlands, they specialise in temporary site services for construction projects across the UK, alongside commercial and industrial electrical installations.
They are known for their reliability, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver practical solutions for their clients. As they continue to grow, they are looking for experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and help maintain the high standards they are known for.

The Role
As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a single site or small project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. This is a hands-on role combining electrical installation work with site supervision, client liaison, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily site operations, supervising labour and coordinating works.
- Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, removals, testing, and inspection.
- Ensure materials, tools, and hired equipment are managed correctly and securely.
- Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients on progress and site issues.
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times.
- Support Operatives with technical guidance and problem-solving on site.

- Can manage a site independently.
- Takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.
- Builds strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- JIB Approved Electrician (Gold Card).
- SSSTS.
- Previous experience supervising electrical works on site.
- Strong installation, testing, and inspection experience.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.
