IT Administrator
Job description
Our Company:Apollo Wholesale is a family run business established since 1989. Our wholesale showroom is based in central Birmingham. We distribute a variety of products including fashion accessories, jewellery, cosmetics, watches, hosiery, giftware and much more throughout UK, Europe & International destinations.
We are currently recruiting an IT administrator. The Company will support the right candidate with training required to correctly carryout the job. Main responsibilities:
Taking Images and uploading products on the website
Order Acknowledgements and Invoice Processing
Updating Inventory / Stock
General incoming stock duties and helping other team members
Processing of stock enquiries via phone & email
Good communication skills
Work using their own initiative
Good level of concentration and motivation Desired skills:
Computer Literate
Knowledge of second language preferred, but not essential
Ability to Multitask
