Senior Support Worker - Children's (Temp to Perm) Birmingham
£15.00-£16.00 per hour | 40+ Hours Per Week
Temp to Perm | Days, Nights & Sleep-ins We are recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers for children's residential homes in Birmingham. You will support young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while leading shifts and supporting staff teams. Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience within children's residential care
Experience leading shifts/staff
Full UK manual driving licence
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Responsibilities Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
Promote positive behaviour and independence
Safeguard children and young people
Maintain accurate records and reports
Work closely with management and external professionals
