Management Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
- Production of high‑quality financial reports with clear insight for senior stakeholders
- Budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting to support ongoing growth plans
- Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of anomalies
- Cost analysis across key nominal ledger areas
- VAT reconciliation and returns, ensuring UK compliance
- Inventory and stock control, including provisions and reconciliations
- Continuous improvement of management accounting processes and controls
- Finance business partnering across head office functions including retail, marketing and ecommerce
- Supporting and developing junior finance team members, with future people management responsibility
