Looking for general IT support help and miscellaneous tasks
I’m looking for a versatile IT helper to assist with a range of small tasks around my home office. The work could include setting up a new PC, configuring Wi-Fi, installing software, basic troubleshooting, organizing files, and tidying up old devices. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and work with Windows and macOS. Availability should include a weekend option if possible. Priority is reliable communication and a friendly, patient approach. I’m hoping to find a practical, detail-oriented person who can handle ad hoc requests as they come up.
