Restraint and violence reduction lead

We are looking for an experienced Restraint and violence reduction lead to join the Learning & Development function as part of our in-house Training Team.
You will need to have relevant experience as a Trainer. Ideally within a health and social care setting.
Please note this is a full time role working 40 hrs per weeks delivering training courses online and within service's where required so travel will be required.
The role:
- Lead and deliver physical intervention programmes within the region.
- Support services in Reducing Restrictive Practice and Restraint Reduction in line with national guidance and Cygnet’s group strategy.
- Support services with expert knowledge of the use of restrictive physical Interventions.
- Manage, supervise and support Regional RVR Trainers.
- Develop and Maintain professional relationships with key individuals at service level.
- Develop and implement a physical intervention training schedule for the region.
- Support service managers with the completion of a physical intervention Training Needs Analysis.
- Support audits in physical intervention training and practice.
- Respond to and support the changing needs of services within the region.
- Support the development of care plans for individual service users and residents.
