DT Teacher – Progressive and well-equipped secondary school – Birmingham
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Design & Technology Teacher to join a progressive and modern school in Birmingham. This full-time permanent post starts January 2026.
• DT Teacher (ECT) required full-time from January 2026
• Modern and well-equipped secondary school in Birmingham
• Join an innovative and collaborative DT department
This role is ideal for an ECT with a passion for hands-on learning, product design, and technological creativity. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering a broad curriculum including resistant materials, graphics, and CAD. The school offers excellent workshop facilities and supportive mentoring for new teachers.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified or soon-to-be qualified DT Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
• Commitment to fostering creativity and problem-solving
• Legal right to work in the UK
