Pay: £13.27 per hour

Hours: Full-Time – Days & Waking Nights

Must have a Full UK Driver's Licence

Join a specialist team making a real impact every single day. As an Intensive Support Worker , you'll be supporting adults with complex needs , autism , learning disabilities , and challenging behaviours in one of our most dynamic care settings .

This role is demanding—but deeply rewarding.

Your Mission: Empower Through Care

You'll provide 1:1 personalised support —helping people live life on their terms by:

✅ Encouraging engagement through meaningful routines & activities
✅ Assisting with daily living tasks—like cooking, cleaning & appointments
✅ Supporting access to the community, hobbies, & social life
✅ De-escalating behaviours using PBS and compassion
✅ Keeping care plans, risk assessments & safeguarding reports up to date

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ 6+ months’ experience with complex needs or behaviours that challenge
✔️ Calm, confident, and emotionally resilient under pressure
✔️ Practical knowledge of PBS and person-centred care
✔️ A genuine team player with excellent communication skills
✔️ Full UK driver’s licence—essential
