Senior Town Planner
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working available)

I'm working exclusively with a highly respected planning and development consultancy based in Birmingham, who are seeking a talented Town Planner to join their growing team. The Role As part of a close-knit and collaborative planning team, you'll: Manage and deliver a diverse range of planning applications and development projects. Provide high-quality planning advice to both private and public sector clients. Prepare planning statements, appraisals, and development briefs. Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes. Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business. About You We're looking for a motivated and commercially aware Town Planner who: Holds a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. Is a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards chartership). Has strong report-writing and communication skills. Can manage projects independently while collaborating effectively within a small team. Is confident engaging with clients and local planning authorities. Experience in either the private consultancy or public sector will be considered, but a strong understanding of the UK planning system is essential. The Offer 2-day per week contract - ideal for professionals seeking part-time or portfolio work. Flexible hybrid working arrangement (office based in Birmingham).
