Multi Skilled Plasterer
Contract: 3 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Starting in early June.
Rate: £19.77 (CIS)

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across South Birmingham. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties. Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 or equivalent Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to perform basic secondary trades to a basic standard.
