Project Manager
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large projects across the organisation
- Create clear project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and documentation
- Track progress, manage risks and issues, and keep stakeholders informed
- Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and expected outcome
- Work closely with business leads to shape project ideas and turn them into clear deliverables
- Coach and support teams that are less familiar with project disciplines
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Work with technical teams to understand system impacts and deliver technical changes
- Step into gaps where needed to help unblock delivery and maintain momentum
- Communicate updates clearly and early, ensuring alignment and expectations are well managed
- Solid understanding of project management methods and tools such as APM
- Background in business change or process improvement
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery
- Ability to run workshops and facilitate discussions
- Experience supporting digital or system transformation projects
- Understand and interpret complex instructions, proposals, and contract language
- A practical and proactive mindset with a willingness to dive in and get things moving
- Confident working in environments with ambiguity or competing priorities
