Need urgent IT support for device setup and troubleshooting
I'm looking for a versatile IT helper to assist with a range of tasks. The job involves setting up a new workstation, configuring email and printer connections, and troubleshooting a couple of software issues. I’d also like guidance on basic security practices and software updates. Prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and adapt to my non-technical vocabulary. Availability is flexible this week, but I’d appreciate a visit that starts in the late morning. Please mention any hardware or software you’re proficient with, and your ETA for resolving typical office IT problems.
