As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

Manage and grow a well-established Business Support desk
As part of this desk you will also be responsible for a 'side hustle' specialism of either procurement & supply chain or marketing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts
Deliver a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates What we're looking for

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
A driven, competitive mindset with a passion for success
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment What you'll get in return

Based salary of £30-35K which expected earning potential in first year of £40-45K
